Cooking instructions: for subtle, smoky flavors, try placing your fish, meat or vegetables on cedar planks before grilling. Prepare planks by soaking for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 4 hours. Place food directly on plank, and place plank on grill over indirect heat. Keep grill's lid closed as much as possible to maximize smoking.
