Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. For food safety & quality, follow cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Oven: Yes. Oven take longer. But it tastes (and smells) better than way. 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove entrée from carton. Leave film on tray, do not vent. Place tray on a baking sheet. 2 place baking sheet on center rack and bake for 40 minutes. Carefully take out of the oven, lift film, stir, and replace film. Cook an additional 20 minutes. 3 carefully remove baking sheet from oven, tray will be hot. Remove film and let stand for 5 minutes. During cooking. Do not use in convection oven. Caution: product Will be hot. Microwaves work. Too. But would Nonna approve? 1 remove entree from carton. Leave film on tray, do not vent. Place tray on a microwave safe plate. 2 place plate in microwave. Cook on 100% power for 8 minutes. Lift film, stir, and replace film. Cook an additional 8 minutes on 50% power. 3 carefully remove plate from microwave, tray will be hot. Remove film and let stand for 1 minute. Directions developed using an 1100 watt microwave oven: cooking Time may need to be adjusted. Film may release during cooking. Do not use in toaster oven. Caution: product will be hot. Do not thaw.
