Microwave oven when you're in a hurry: 1. Place frozen wings on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Heat, uncovered, on high, 4 wings 3 to 4 minutes, 8 wings 4 to 6 minutes, 12 wings 6 to 8 minutes.
