Allow ham steak to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Grill: preheat grill to medium-high heat (425 degrees to 450 degrees F). Grill, covered, approximately 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Cook until heated through or until ham center reaches 148 degrees F. Allow ham steak to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Broil: preheat broiler (500 degrees F); set broiler pan 3 inches from heat. Trim fat around edges. Cook approximately 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Cook until heated through or until ham center reaches 148 degrees F. Allow ham steak to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
