1. Depending on your stovetop, low to medium heat may be sufficient for best results. We do not recommend higher heat than necessary as a may affect the longevity of your nonstick coating. 2. We recommend using cooking fat or oil with our pans, particularly oils with a high smoke point, such as refined olive oil, peanut oil, or clarified butter. Avoid low smoke point oils or spray oils these will bum onto nonstick surfaces. 3. Hand washing your cookware in warm, soapy water is recommended to preserve the cooking surface.
