Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove contents from outer bag before cooking. Cook thoroughly. Recommended: 1. Heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Immediately add chicken and stir-fry 5 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes. 2. Add sauce and stir 30 seconds, until hot. 3. Cook rice: Do not tear, cut, or puncture rice pouch. Microwave on full power 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Open pouch with caution. Steam will be hot. Or, empty rice into a saucepan on the stove. Add 3 tbsp. water, cover, and cook over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Microwave: Do not cook in this bag. Tested in 1000 watt microwave. Place chicken and vegetables in a microwave-safe dish and cover. Cook on full power 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in sauce, re-cover, and cook on full power 30 seconds. Let stand 1 minute. Cook rice: do not tear, cut, or puncture rice pouch. Cook on full power 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Open pouch with caution. Steam will be hot.
