1. Apply: Put hand through sleeve of elbow support & pull over the arm, centering it at the elbow. 2. Adjust: Adjust & secure hook-&-loop straps. This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable. 3. Sizing: Universal: Fits most men & women, right or left elbow. Intended Use: To provide support & compression for the elbow. Ideal for tendonitis, sprains, strains, and/or swelling of the elbow. Care Instructions: Close hook-&-loop fasteners. Hand wash using cold water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Allow product to air dry. Do not bleach.
