Suggested Preparation: Ingredients: 1 pinch of salt; 1 tbsp butter; 1 cup bulgur wheat; 2 cups water. Directions: 1. Bring 2 cups of water to boil in a medium-sized pan. 2. Add butter and salt to boiling water. 3. Stir in the bulgur wheat. 4. Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes or until all water is absorbed. 5. Remove from heat and keep covered. 6. Allow to rest for 10 minutes 7. Fluff, then serve.
