Proper Handling Procedures: Store at 28 degrees-36 degrees F or in your refrigerator meat drawer for optimum freshness. Once opened, use within 5 days or freeze. After opening, overwrap unused portion with film and refrigerate. Heating Instructions How to Heat: Product is fully cooked. Remove outer and inner casings (for cello butt). Product may be heated to at least 140 degrees F in a pot with Dietz & Watson Sauerkraut or in boiling water. It may also be baked with a glaze, or sliced and pan fried. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times. Once opened, use within 5 days or freeze.
