Directions: Before first use, briefly depress nozzle base to prime spray. Clean the nozzle after use with soapy water, rinse, and dry. Use as needed or as recommended by your doctor. Twist nozzle to align arrow on base to symbol. Gentle-Mist - 3 dashed lines. Power-Jet - 2 straight lines. Power-Jet (Ages 12+): Clears tough congestion. Lean over sink and tilt head slightly to the right side. Insert nozzle into opening of left nostril pointing away from the center of the nose. Press on base of nozzle for 3 seconds as needed. Remove. Gently blow nose. May repeat on the opposite side. Gentle-Mist (Ages 12+): Soothes & clears everyday congestion insert nozzle into opening of nostril. Press down briefly on base of nozzle, using 1-3 short bursts of saline mist. Remove. Gently blow nose. Repeat in other nostril. Store at 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Do not refrigerate.
