Directions

Cooking Directions: All Purpose Rice (Excellent for Sushi): Combine 1 1/2 cups Organic Nishiki Rice and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer covered, 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered, 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. Makes about 4 cups cooked rice or 6 (/s cup) servings. Note: If using an electric rice cooker, combine 1 1/2 cups rice and 2 cups water in electric rice cooker pot. Continue as directed by the rice cooker manufacturer. Store in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
