Cooking Instructions: Cook from a thawed state. Remove from package, pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F and place fish in a non-stick baking pan. Oven: Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish begins to flake when tested. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Safe Storage & Thawing: Keep frozen or refrigerated. To thaw, place tray in refrigerator for minimum of 6 hours before use. Do not refreeze. Previously frozen keep refrigerated.
