Cooking Instructions: Gulf Shrimp can be prepared in minutes on the stove top. To pan-sear, heat oil or butter in a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add thawed shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque in appearance. Heat to 145 degrees F. Shrimp are also delicious when baked, broiled or grilled. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated. Safe Storage & Thawing: Keep frozen or refrigerated. Do not refreeze. To thaw, place tray in refrigerator for minimum of 6 hours before use.
