1. For a flawless and streak-free tan, ensure you clean and exfoliate the areas where you will be applying the tan. 2. Shake bottle well and pres,s foam firmly onto a tanning mitt or hand. 3. Apply evenly onto the skin Use sparingly on elbows, knees and ankles. 4. Wash hands after use. 5. Allow to dry before dressing. 6. Rinse in lukewarm water after 1-3 hours depending on desired amount of tan.
