Fit: Measure your thigh three inches above your left or right knee cap in a standing position. Please refer to size range below. Use: Position the middle of the sleeve over the knee. You may need to adjust the sleeve position a few inches up or down to get desired compression and comfort. Sizing Guide: Thigh Circumference: 17 inch – 23 inch; Fits: L – XL (adjustable).
