Directions

1. Preheat: 400 degrees F: Convection; 425 degrees F: Regular. For baked shell (1 crust - ice cream or pudding pie). Roll Out: Place dough in pie dish paper side up. Remove paper. Form: press dough into dish. Bake: 10-15 minutes or until golden brown (or as recipe directs). Cool: Let crust cool completely before adding filling. For 2-Crust Fruit Pie: Roll Out: Bottom Crust: Place dough in pie dish paper side up. Remove paper. Form & Fill: Press dough into dish, add filling. Top Crust: Place second crust over filling. Trim, flute edges, and cut 4 slits in top. Bake: Cover edges with foil. Bake 20 minutes, remove foil, bake 15-20 minutes more or until golden brown. Parchment Paper Tip: Unroll dough on included parchment and flip it into your pie dish for easy transfer. Parchment is also great for holding pie weights during blind baking. For best results, let dough rest at room temp for 20 minutes before unrolling. Fits a standard 9 inch pie dish. Keep refrigerated. Keep dough refrigerated. Use immediately after opening. Freezing dough not recommended.
