Hang air-filled balloon by threading non-metallic string or twin (not included) through the tabs on the edge of the balloon. Instructions: Inflate balloons with helium or air. Both balloons should be inflated with the same substance. To achieve 3D effect, use adhesive squares included to attach the controller shaped balloon to the front of the round balloon where shown.
