Safe Handling: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. Store thawed fish in refrigerator and use within 2 days. Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Thawing Instructions: Overnight Thaw (Preferred Method): Remove product from all packaging; place on a leak proof dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Drain well before use. Quick Thaw: Submerge product in sealed bag in cold water until thawed. Drain well before use. Preparation Instructions: Sauté (Preferred Method): Cook from Thawed In a non-stick skillet, heat 1-2 tsp of olive oil or butter over medium-high heat; season fillet with sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, or as desired Sauté for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork; serve immediately Bake: Cook from Thawed Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place fillet on a greased non-stick baking sheet and brush with olive oil or melted butter and sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, or as desired. Bake uncovered in the center of the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork; let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving. Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Internal temperature of fish must reach 145 degrrees F. Keep frozen. Tear for your next taste adventure!
