You Will Need: 1lb breakfast sausage, 2 cups water, 2 eggs. 1. Cook: Cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking up and stirring. 2. Stir: Stir in water, sauce mix and hashbrowns. Heat to boiling. 3. Cover: Once boiling point is reached, reduce heat to medium. Spread mixture evenly, cook for 10 minutes until the water is absorbed and the bottom is golden brown. Stir for even browning. 4. Turn: Turn hashbrown mixture over in sections. Spread evenly; press firmly. Increase heat to medium-high, cook 2-4 minutes until bottom is golden brown, stirring occasionally. 5. Scramble: Push hashbrowns to one side of the skillet. On the other side, scramble eggs. Fold hashbrowns and eggs together. For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Refrigerate leftovers. Turn this flavor up! Stir in fresh spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes just before simmering. Top with cheddar cheese just before serving.
