Serving Suggestions: Happy Hour: On toasted cut circles of sliced light rye bread, spread cream cheese mixed with a small amount of fresh chopped thyme. Lay cut pieces of sliced smoked salmon. Coarsely grate granny smith apple shreds on top of salmon and serve on colored platter. Garnish with spring of fresh dill. Lox and Eggs: Take two or three pieces of sliced smoked salmon and tear them into smaller pieces. Prepare scrambled eggs and mix the salmon pieces then serve with bagel or toast. Smoked Salmon and Pasta: Blend slices of smoked salmon into fully cooked pasta just before serving. For best results, use alfredo sauce on top of pasta with smoked salmon. Smoked Salmon Appetizers: Mix in a bowl 1/2 pound of whipped cream cheese, 3 tbs lemon juice and chopped scallions. Spread this mixture evenly on slices of smoked salmon. Roll up the salmon and cut into bite-sized pin wheels. Important: Must be kept refrigerated at or below 38 degrees F. This product can be frozen for extended shelf life.
