Rotate to ensure that all scallops are evenly thawed. Let drain for two minutes and pat dry. Proceed with desired recipe. Scallops must be cooked thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees F) before consumption. Fresh frozen. Keep frozen. Do not re-freeze.
