This is gonna be easy. Stuff you’ll need: 4 tablespoons of oil. 2 eggs & 12 cups of water. Want fluffy floaters? Add 1 additional tbsp of oil hearty sinkers? Reduce to 3 tbsp of oil. Step 1. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil dump the Matzo crumbs into the egg mixture mix until combined (not too much or you’ll ruin it.) Put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Step 2. Throw the soup mix into a big ol’ pot with 12 cups of water bring the whole thing to a boil a watched pot never boils. (but also. Don’t leave unattended). Now’s the time to toss in some fresh vegetables. If that’s your thing. Step 3. Wet your hands gently form 8 to 12 walnut sized Matzo Balls plop them into the boiling broth (Don’t make a splash). For an extra kick in the pants. Sprinkle a little Cayenne pepper on top of the boiling liquid before you drop in your Matzo balls. Cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes (No peeking). Done! Did I tell you this would be easy or did I tell you? Store in a cool, dry place.
