Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top (Recommended): 1. Preheat 1 tbsp. butter or oil in a medium non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Pour entire contents of one bag into the skillet, cover. 3. Cook for 8 - 9 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Microwave: 1. Place one unopened bag standing up, in center of microwave. 2. Microwave on high 5 - 6 minutes* or until thoroughly cooked. 3. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. 4. Tear bag at notch. Empty into a serving dish; stir well. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. * Microwave directions developed with 1000-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Keep frozen.
