Quick Thaw: Remove scallops from packaging. Place in a plastic bag and seal. Place the bag in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes. Cook immediately after thawing. Cooking Instructions: Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Season thawed scallops with salt, pepper, and your favorite seasoning. Cook scallops 2-4 minutes (until releases from skillet), occasionally brushing with butter. Flip and cook for another 2-4 minutes. Enjoy! Important: Cook from thawed. Remove all packaging. To be fully cooked by consumer. Safe internal cooking temperature of seafood is 145 degrees F. Do not refreeze. We have tried to remove all shells; please be careful in case we missed a piece. Keep frozen.
