Here is a step-by-step for effective lice and nit removal: No. 01: Make sure hair is free of tangles before you apply the Slick, Slide & Away or hair conditioner. No. 02: Part the hair down the middle and pull one side away with a clip, if necessary. so it's out of the way. On the loose side, pick up a small section of hair, about the width of the comb.
