Cooking Instructions: Microwave (1000 Watt): 1. Lay frozen bag on side; cook 2 minutes. 2. Flip bag to other side; cook 2 minutes. Stovetop (1000 Watt): 1. Pour contents of frozen bag in medium sauce pan. 2. Cook in medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F internally. Steam hole can be hot. Remove from microwave with caution. Caution hot! Do not open bag prior to cooking. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use.
