Easy Pancake Directions: 7-8 medium pancakes. 1 cup mix. 1 cup water. 1. Measure equal parts water and Sturdiwheat pancake mix into a bowl. Stir just enough to moisten all the mix. Batter will be slighty lumpy. Let stand 1 minute. 2. Pour batter onto a preheated nonstick or lightly greased pan. The pan is hot enough when drops of water will bounce on it; for most stovetops this will be at the medium-high heat setting (375 degrees). 3. Turn pancakes once when the tops get bubbly and the edges begin to look dry. Easy Waffle Directions: 3 to 4 waffles. 1 cup mix. 1 cup water. 2 tbsp oil. 1. Gently mix ingredients until moistened. 2. Follow waffle iron instructions for baking. For best results cut the bag open.
