Cooking Instructions: 1. In one bowl, mix Chicken Batter Mix (1/2 cup) and cold water (2/3 cup). In another bowl, mix the remaining dry mix and cold water (3 Tbsp.) to make a fine crumble. 2. Pat the chicken dry. Coat in crumble, dip in batter, then coat with crumble again. 3. Deep fry at 365 degrees F until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Enjoy! Coats up to 1.3 lbs. of chicken.
