Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions - cook from frozen: Stove: Preheat skillet to medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Open the package & place the patties in the skillet. Cook 13 to 14 mins. Turn every 3 to 4 mins. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-low heat. Remove the product from the packaging and place on the grill. Cook 13 to 14 mins. Turn every 3 to 4 mins. Internal temp. should reach 160 degrees F on the thickest part of the meat as measured by a food thermometer. 165 degrees well done, 155 degrees medium well, 145 degrees medium, 135 degeres medium rare. The USDA recommends ground beef to be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze thawed product.
