Directions: 1. Pour one gallon of warm water (100 degrees F/38 degrees C) into a saucepan. 2. Gradually add one full bag (4 ounces) of mix to warm water, whisking thoroughly. 3. Bring to a boil (212 degrees F/100 degrees C), stirring frequently. 4. Reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately or hold on steam table at 160 degrees-175 degrees F/71 degrees-79 degrees C. Quick Method: 1. Bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil. 2. In a separate container combine 1 quart of cool water with contents of pouch and mix with a wire whisk until lump free. 3. Add water/gravy blend to boiling water and whisk until gravy returns to a boil, then simmer for 2 minutes stirring regularly. 4. Serve immediately or hold on steam table at 160 degrees F-175 degrees F/71 degrees C-79 degrees C. Storage: Store in tight containers in cool 50 degrees F to 80 degrees F dry areas. Tear.
