What You'll Need: 3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder, picnic, or Boston butt, well-trimmed. 1 pkg. Crock-Pot Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix. 1 cup water. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/3 cup cider vinegar. Directions: 1. Place pork in slow cooker. 2. Mix seasoning, water, ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Pour mixture over pork. 3. Cover & cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred using two forks. 4. Return shredded pork to slow cooker, mix with sauce, and heat through. Serve warm in bowls or on buns. Do not remove cover during cooking. Use to season pork, chicken, or meat for BBQ pulled pork, carnitas, Sloppy Joes, and more!
