All You Need: 1 pkg. Durkee Turkey Gravy Mix, 1 cup cold water. All You Do: 1. Combine gravy mix with cold water in a small saucepan. Stir until blended. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 3. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring 1 minute until thickened. Microwave: 1. Combine gravy mix and water in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl. Stir until blended. 2. Microwave on high (100%) 3 to 4 minutes, stir halfway through cooking. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary. Makes 1 cup. Variations: For richer gravy, stir 2 tbsp. meat drippings or butter into prepared gravy. Stuffing Casserole: Combine mix, 1 cup chopped, cooked turkey, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 tsp. Durkee Poultry Seasoning and 4 slices bread, cubed. Pour 1-1/4 cups hot water over mixture, stir to blend. Bake covered at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
