Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: In saucepan, saute rice in 1 Tbsp. olive oil over heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 3/4 cups water and contents of seasoning pouch. Stir well and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Fluff with a fork and serve.
