Prep Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking. With a knife or scissors, remove plastic casing and netting from the ham roast. Place in an oven safe pan. Pour 1/4 cup of water in the pan. Cover and cook at 325 degrees F for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Uncover and pour glaze over the roast. Cook uncovered for 15 more minutes. Cook to a temperature of 165 F. Do not eat uncooked. Keep refrigerated. Ok to freeze.
