Directions

Cooking Instructions: 1. Clean the lamb or the chicken meat before cooking. 2. Put the lamb or chicken meat in a cooking pot, add water to cover the meat or chicken, you may add black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves, saffron, and cardamom to the water to enhance taste. 3. Start boiling the contents while separation the foam until the meat is cooked. 4. Strain the meat, keeping the cooked meat in the cooking pot while pouring the hot meat broth in to a separate pot. 5. Shake the Jameedna Zaman very well. 6. Use scissors to cut the cartone from its upper corner 7. Pour the required quantity of the Jameedna Zaman in to a clean pot. 8. Mix one cup of Jameedna Zaman with one and half cup of meat broth. 9. Add the obtained Jameedna Zaman Meat Broth to the meat. 10. Start heating the meat with the Jameedna Zaman and keep cooking for at least fifteen minutes. Note: 1. You can add starch or yogurt as you wish 2. Store extra unused Jameedna Zaman in freezer 3. Jameedna Zaman quantity is sufficient for six persons.
