Feeding Guidelines: Dr. Pol's Healthy Balance Grain-Free Salmon Recipe - Individual food requirements will vary depending on age, breed, environment or other stress factors. Adjust feeding accordingly to maintain the desired body condition, growth and energy levels of your dog. Consult your veterinarian for additional guidance. Recommended Daily Feeding: Add 1/2 cup for each 10 lbs. of body weight over 100 lbs. Add 60 grams for each 4-1/2 kg. of body weight over 45-1/2 kg. Dog Weight: Toy - Up to 25 lbs. (Up to 11-1/2 kg); Cups per Day: 1/2 - 1-1/2 cups (60 - 175 grams). Dog Weight: Small - 26 - 50 lbs. (11-1/2 - 23 kg); Cups per Day: 1-1/2 - 2-1/2 cups (175 - 290 grams). Dog Weight: Medium - 51 - 100 lbs. (23 - 45-1/2 kg); Cups per Day: 2-1/2 - 3-1/2 cups (290 - 400 grams). Dog Weight: Large - Over 100 lbs. (45-1/2 kg); Cups per Day: 3-1/2 cups plus (400 grams plus).
