Directions: 1. Soak plank under water for at least one hour. 2. Heat grill to 350 degrees F, add soaked plant to grill rack, close cover, heath 3 minutes & flip plank. 3. Smoke. Add food to heathed plank, close cover; cook until done, no turning or flipping needed. 4. Eat super-moist seaffod, meats, or vegetables with rich all natural smoky flavor. Re-use 2x. Note: If not overly charred, planks can be scrubbed with hot water & re-used up to 2x. Perfect for salmon, meat, & vegtables.
