Directions

How to make miso soup with tofu (4 servings): 1. Boil 3 1/3 cups of water in a medium sauce pan. 2. Add 5 oz of diced Tofu & 1.4 oz of Wakame seaweed to boiling water for 2-3 minutes. 3. Turn the heat off, and gently whisk 4 tbsp of Miso paste into mixture until it is fully dissolved. 4. Bring soup to a gentle simmer & add diced scallions. Serve hot & enjoy.
