Additional ingredients needed: 2 - 15 oz cans white beans (rinsed well), water & butter. Optional: 2 cups cooked chicken. Stove top: In 5-6 covered quart pot, bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. Whisk in contents of white bean chicken chili soup mix. Stir well. Add the chicken, white beans and 2 tablespoons of butter. Stir well. Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are cooked and soup has slightly thickened. Stir. Serve. Enjoy!
