Additional Ingredients Needed: 2 cup:, of corn - frozen, fresh or canned water & butter. Optional: Chopped ham; Stove Top: In 5-6 quart pot, bring 5 cups of water to rolling boil, whisk in contents of corn chowder soup mix and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the corn. Stir well. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and soup has thickened. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir. Serve. Enjoy! Makes 6-8 one cup servings.
