RumChata Limon on the Rocks: 2 oz. RumChata Limon; pour over ice. RumChata Peppermint Bark Martini: 2 parts RumChata peppermint bark; 1 part vanilla vodka. Shake vigorously with ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with whipped cream and a peppermint stick. RumChata Coffee: 1.5 oz. of RumChata; 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee. Stir RumChata into mug of hot coffee. Garnish with cinnamon stick or dash of cinnamon if desired. No refrigeration necessary.
