Pero Sugar Snap Peas. 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 tbsp garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. How to Make It: Cook peas to desired texture using microwave directions. Transfer peas to a saute pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and garlic, stir for 2 minutes. Next, add the fresh lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy! Microwave Directions: Pierce this bag with a fork. Place bag on a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove dish from the microwave. Let it stand for 1 to 3 minutes. Open bag carefully, it will be hot and the package will steam. Serve immediately and enjoy!
