Seismic Upgrade India Pale Ale: This brew is an homage to the seismic reinforcements at Ascendant Beer Company. Built on a base of Pilsner and 2-Row pale malts with some Wheat and Vienna malts added in for good measure, the rest is all about the hops. We lean on Simcoe for the kettle and whirlpool additions, then add Vic's Secret to the whirlpool. Citra, more Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin join forces in the fermentor for some considerable dry hopping.
