Directions: Dispense floss and wrap around middle fingers leaving about 4 in - 5 in of floss between. Using thumbs and index fingers, gently slide floss to base of tooth. With floss curved around tooth, gently move floss up and down against teeth above and below gum line. Use a clean portion of floss for other teeth. Good for 24 months once opened.
