Cooking time 7-9 minutes. Suggested Preparation: 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to boil. Add salt to taste. Add fusilli to boiling water. 2. For authentic al dente pasta, boil for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. 3. Drain well and serve immediately with olive oil or your favorite sauce.

It is then slow-dried for more than 24 hours, a process that imparts the firm al dente quality that separates an ordinary plate of pasta from a truly memorable meal.
