Directions
1. Remove top and bottom strip from backer. 2. With both hands apply upper strip to top teeth. 3. Apply lower strip to bottom teeth. 4. Leave for 30 minutes. 5. Remove, rinse with water or brush. 6. Impress. Please Note: Temporary white spots may appear after use, but should disappear within 24 to 48 hours. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.
