Directions

Cook thoroughly. Directions: Pre-Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Remove all packaging. Place Pinsa directly on oven rack or on a pizza pan. Bake 14-18 minutes until crust is golden brown. Watch closely. Each oven is different. Keep frozen until ready to bake. Cook until internal temperatures reaches 165 degrees F. Refrigerate or discard leftovers (even though we think you'll finish every last bite). Keep frozen.

Pinsa: From the Latin Pinsere, to stretch. One bite of Pinsa and you know it's a very special pizza. Its crispy crust is impossibly light and airy. Made from Italian flours (non GMO), our dough is mixed according to time-honored traditions specific to Pinsa. After rising for 72 hours, the dough is lightly hand-stretched to preserve the structure, and stone baked at a very high temperature. For the final step, we add premium ingredients - San Marzano tomatoes, Parmesan Reggiano and whipped ricotta. Now thattsa Pinsa! An Italian love affair. I love pizza. I love it so much that I made a pilgrimage to the tiny town of Massa Marittima in Tuscany in 2019 so that pizzaiolos Marco and Lara could teach me how to make artisanal pizza. But while there I discovered and fell in love with a different kind of pizza called Pinsa, and spent several weeks learning how to perfect it. I have long wanted to experience great pizza at home, but everything fell short. After all, carry out pizza never tastes as good after sitting in a box. Pizza is best served straight from the oven. Since Pinsas are baked twice, I realized that great pizza at home was possible. And that's how Pinsa Love was born. Using the same Italian techniques, we created a frozen Pinsa that's ready for its traditional second bake at home.
