Stove Top Preparation: Dry & Break Apart: Saute naked jackfruit in pan with a fair amount of oil, breaking up larger pieces, until moisture content is reduced. You can use a spatula to chop or two forks to shred the pieces of jackfruit. Caramelize: Continue to saute to create caramelization and crispy texture. Season & Sauce: Season and add your signature sauce for optimal flavor. (For Sauce Applications: Gradually add sauce until the jackfruit is well coated. Continue to stir. Do not over sauce, as the product will become too soft). No refrigeration required. Refrigerate opened pouches in a sealed container. Use within 5 days.
