Directions: Shake well before using as product may settle/separate. Add one teaspoon (6 grams) to 8 oz. of hot water. Recipe for Basic Stock: Combine 1 tsp. concentrate with 1 cup hot water. For larger amounts, use 1 tbsp. for each 3 cups of hot water. Recipe for Soups, Rice, Pasta and other Entrees: Combine basic stock with meat, vegetables, rice and/or pasta as desired. Recipe for Gravies: Combine 1 cup basic stock with 2 tbsp. flour and 2 tbsp. butter, olive oil or pan drippings, season to taste. Refrigerate after opening.
