Directions

Cooking the Italian Way: (1) Bring 1 quart of water to a boil for every 3.5 oz of pasta. If desired, add 2 teaspoons of salt. (2) Add pasts and return to a boil. (3) To obtain "al dente" pasta. Boil uncovered for 8 minutes and stir occasionally. For tender pasta, boil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
